This collection of 19 pieces are arranged for mallet solo – 4 utilizing 3 mallets and 15 utilizing 4 mallets. They offer the mallet player the opportunity to develop and improve skills and techniques such as the legato roll, independent voice movement, phrasing, dynamic contrasts, and pedaling (on vibes). All solos are playable on a 4-octave Marimba, and some can be performed on Vibraphone or Xylophone.
