Argentine composer, born on January 23, 1944 in Stromboli, Sicily, Italy. He graduated from the Municipal Conservatory "Manuel de Falla" in the specialty of percussion, made composition studies with teachers Enrique Belloc, José Maranzano, Francisco Kröpfl and Gerardo Gandini, as well as different specialization courses, standing out among them: Analysis Techniques with the Prof. José Maranzano, Methodology of Composition with Prof. Francisco Kröpfl and Currents and Contemporary Techniques with Prof. Gerardo Gandini. He has carried out since 1973 an intense work as instrumentalist and director of chamber ensembles, participating in innumerable concerts organized by different institutions related to contemporary music.

He has been director of two percussion groups: the Percussion Group of the Municipal Conservatory "Manuel de Falla" and the group "Third Generation", with which he premiered in our country works for this instrumental training of Argentine and foreign composers. He has also been part of different improvisation groups, including the "GEIM" of which he was coordinator.

Parallel to his artistic work, he accredits an intense teaching work in different teaching institutes in the country and abroad, and has given numerous courses, lectures and lectures on topics of his specialty.

He has been a professor at the National Conservatory of Music "Carlos López Buchardo", at the Municipal Conservatory "Manuel de Falla", at the Department of Arts of the Faculty of Philosophy and Letters of the University of Buenos Aires, in the School of Music of the National University of Rosario, in the Experimental and Cinematographic Production Center (National Institute of Cinema and Audiovisual Arts), in the Department of Music and in the Department of Multimedial Production of the Faculty of Fine Arts of the National University of La Plata.[1]
