Keith Bartlett graduated with honours from the Guildhall School of Music and Drama in 1984. Since that time Keith Bartlett has pursued a highly successful career, performing and touring internationally with many of the country’s leading orchestras and ensembles. Keith Bartlett is particularly famous in the field of contemporary music, appearing on numerous CDs and broadcasting regularly for the B.B.C.More recently Keith Bartlett has relaxed his performing career and concentrated on teaching and composition. Keith Bartlett spent 22 years as Professor of Timpani and Percussion at the Junior Department of Royal College of Music and currently teaches at Winchester College and Canford School. Keith Bartlett has more than 50 tutor books to his name with sales in over 20 countries. Keith Bartlett's percussion pieces can be found in different grades of Trinity College London & Associated Board of the Royal Schools of Music percussion exam. Keith Bartlett lives in Wimborne Minster, Dorset with his wife Carol Bartlett and their daughters Polly Bartlett and Helena Bartlett. [1]
