Brandon currently serves as Assistant Director of Bands at Milford Exempted Village Schools. His duties include teaching band grades 6-12 and coordinating all percussion studies and activities. His students and ensembles consistently receive top ratings at assessment and have performed at the Ohio Music Education Association Professional Development Conference, the Music For All Regional Concert Band Festival and the Percussive Arts Society International Convention. The Milford Indoor Percussion Ensemble is a consistent WGI Finalist, and the Milford Marching Band performs annually at Bands of America Grand Nationals.

In addition to teaching, Brandon maintains a steady schedule as a composer and arranger specializing in music for band and percussion. He holds a growing collection of educational works and has catalogs available through C. Alan Publications and Row-Loff Productions. His compositions and arrangements are frequently performed at state and national festivals and have been featured in "Percussive Notes" and "The PAS Educators' Companion".

Brandon is a contributing member of the Vic Firth Education Team and the D’Addario Education Collective. His professional associations include The Ohio Music Education Association and the Percussive Arts Society.
