Review

This work was premiered by the Minneapolis Symphony Orchestra in 1968 and has a marked duration of 15 minutes. It is scored for four solo percussionists performing on a multitude of percussion instruments. Finney is a highly recognized American composer and is to be commended for his efforts in writing for these exciting instruments. - PAS Staff, Vol. 7 No. 2, 1969[1]
