Program Notes

The Convergence is inspired by one of the most famous paintings by the American Jackson Pollock (1912-1956) 'The convergence'. From just black and white, it became a strong collage of bright colors and whimsical lines. This painting epitomized freedom of speech and expression in the 1950s in the US. Other well-known works include: Blue Poles, Autum Rhythm, Number 18 ... Many of his works can be viewed in the Museum of Modern Art (MoMa) New York. This pies is commissioned by 'COLORS OF RHYTHM' 2024 Lendava Slovenia
