Program Notes
Island Breeze was written in the Spring of 2021 and evokes images of being a party on the beach. The piece features a laid back melody as well as written out solo measure for both mallet and battery percussion instruments. It is a perfect choice for beginning percussion ensemble whether performing at a concert or an ensemble festival.
