Patrick Moore is an active percussion performer, educator, arranger, adjudicator and international clinician. He is a versatile percussionist with experience in many areas of percussion. He has performed at various state Days of Percussion events, and presented clinics at many music education conferences. Patrick has done special performances with Jeff Queen, Robert W. Smith, The United States Army and Field Band, and at the International Society of Music Education in Beijing China. Patrick has worked many summer music camps and adjudicated many marching contests and state and solo and ensemble festivals. Patrick earned a Master in Music from Texas Tech University, where he arranged and instructed for the percussion section of the Texas Tech Drumline and Steel Drum Band. Currently, Patrick Moore is the Director of Bands and Director of Instrumental Studies at Houston Baptist University in Houston Texas. At HBU Patrick directs the athletic bands, wind ensemble percussion and oversees the instrumental department. Patrick is an education endorser of Vic Firth Sticks and Mallets, and Majestic percussion.  Patrick is also a published author having arrangements published by [[Alfred Music Publishing]] and [[Kendor Music Publishings]]. His professional affiliation includes Percussive Arts Society, Texas Music Education Association, National Association for Music Educations.
