Gerardo Gandini is pianist , composer and director of music. Born in 1936 in Buenos Aires , Argentina and is one of the most important figures in contemporary music Argentina in the second half of the twentieth century. He studied composition with Goffredo Petrassi and Alberto Ginastera and trained as a pianist Roberto Caamano , Pia Sebastiani and Yvonne Loriod .
