Description

The Sound of Pop, Rock, Blues is a collection of composition in various comtemporary pop styles. This book does not make many demands on your technical ability, but in a musical sense it is a challenge for the mallet player to play the pieces in the proper style. To help with this, a number of rolls have been added that must be perform correctly both technically and musically. Whether or not to play the rolls, as well as the choice of sticks and instrument, remain of course a question of taste. All things considered, this book is an asset for the mallet player, and using the accompanying CD makes it just like playing in a real band.
