Profile: Viktor Oskam was a Dutch percussionist and a teacher at the Amsterdam Conservatory. He had a strong focus on classical music with a specialization in Japanese and African percussion. Viktor was connected to the Nationaal Slagwerk Ensemble, Circle Percussion and the Beatrix Band of Hilversum.
