3 Riffs by Ivan Trevino gives timpanists a chance to rock out with a cello trio, inspired by bands like Tool, Bon Iver, and Nirvana. Ivan Trevino composed this piece for Charles Ross and Brevard Music Center. This piece requires six timpani - 20", 23", 26", 29", 32", and a smaller piccolo drum that can reach middle C. Perform this piece on your recital for something completely different from the norm!
